Baking is my passion of mine and as most people know – when you’re passionate about something learning and working hard towards a goal doesn’t seem arduous anymore… It becomes an inspiring and gratifying experience!
Being a recent graduate from Ryerson's Nutritional Sciences program, I have been applying my knowledge of food and nutrition to my baking business – focusing on creating the most healthful, fresh, natural desserts for the people I love. This also helps me to tailor my recipes to your individual health needs such as allergies, medical conditions like diabetes, dietary restrictions, shape-conscious options, and others.
My cheesecakes:
Caplansky’s Deli found a gap in the “smoked meat” market in Toronto and is
developing a loyal cult-like following with these enthusiasts. As an employee I
noticed that, oddly enough, they weren’t selling cheesecakes (which are a deli
must-have!). I started selling my yummy cheesecakes to the Deli and the rest is
history.
My cakes are freshly baked and easy to freeze. They are 8.5 inches and personal-sized cakes and mini bite-size cakes are also
possible. Custom orders for cakes, cupcakes and cheesecakes can be done as well
(these are my favourite to do!). Small orders to your doorstep are free.
Orders can be placed as late

Allergy Precautions: The cakes do contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and possibly nuts/peanuts. The crusts of the cakes are made up of graham cracker cookies which contain wheat flour and the cake contains eggs and cream cheese. The cheesecakes are essentially nut/peanut-free (I do not use nuts/peanuts in the ingredients) but there is the possibility of contact with nuts in the processing of the graham cracker product. So please use your best discretion.
